What is displayed on the Administrator Dashboard?
Every implementation is as unique as the students we serve, and now principals and administrators have the power to create custom reports tailored to their specific needs—driving data-driven decisions, boosting efficiency, enhancing accountability, fostering collaboration, and ensuring scalability like never before.
The Administrator Dashboard provides real-time data analytics to recognize high-performing schools and teachers and identify those needing additional support. It features average usage and growth trends at the district, school, class, and student levels.
- Average Usage in both Coach and the Library.
- Average Growth for Independent Reading and Lexile® Levels.
Select “View More” to expand the data view. This will reveal a graph that displays all schools, classes, or teachers in relation to the average growth.
How do you view data at different levels?
The table below the graph enables detailed exploration at the school, class, and student levels. It displays average Lexile® and Reading Level growth and usage statistics for Coach and the Personalized Library.
How often is the data updated?
Average growth data is updated every 2 weeks on the 1st and 15th of the month. Assessments taken between the 1st and 15th will appear on the 15th, while those taken between the 16th and the 30th/31st will appear on the 1st. Average usage data is updated weekly.
