What is ClassLink?

ClassLink is a third-party platform that simplifies managing credentials for various learning programs. By syncing with ClassLink, students can seamlessly sign into MindPlay Reading Coach. Teachers can also use ClassLink to assign students to the appropriate MindPlay class.

ClassLink Roster Set-Up

When multiple classes are available, MindPlay may automatically assign the first class on the list, even if it isn't a designated MindPlay class. To ensure students are placed in the correct classes, it's important to review and deselect any irrelevant options. This guide will show you how to manage class selections so that only the appropriate MindPlay classes are available.

1. From the ClassLink Launch Page, select ClassLink Roster Server to open the ClassLink Dashboard.

2. On the Dashboard, select Applications from the menu.

3. On the Applications page, select the MindPlay Edit Pencil Icon.

4. On the MindPlay Edit page, click Advanced to expand additional settings.

5. In the drop-down menu that appears, select Classes.

6. From here, you can select and deselect unwanted classes. From this view, you can select or deselect classes to ensure only the appropriate ones are synced with MindPlay.
