The Personalized E-Reader Experience
This article details how teachers can utilize custom features in MindPlay’s Personalized e-Reader.
Access Personalized e-Reader
Select Personalized Reader from the upper left corner of the book.
Settings
Once in the Personalized Reader, you can access the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
Features
Visible Lines: The number of lines visible on the screen.
Previous and Next: Move the text to the previous and next page.
Tap to listen: Listen to a selected word aloud.
Following Along: Highlight text by sentence, zone, or page.
Read aloud: Listen to the text by sentence, page, or zone.
Font Size: Adjust the size of the text
Repeated Words: The number of times a word is seen in the book
Additional Settings
Additional settings, such as font color and space between letters and words, can be accessed by selecting “settings” from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
